Ever wonder what is involved in building a custom website? At Beyond Indigo Pets, we include you as a team member in the entire process from start to finish. With our “Online Workspace Area” you not only watch your website come together… you actually participate in the process. You get to know the BIP team members as the site is being built — and your input is immediately shared online — making the process of building your website a wonderful creation of great minds working together!
After your website is up and running — we don’t check you off as a finished project. We are easily accessible when you have a question or need something “tweaked.’ Our “Helpdesk” provides you with the tools to submit a “help ticket” to address your concerns in a timely manner! Our administrative page provides you with marketing ideas and statistics — so you are equipped to promote your new website.
Are You a ‘Stats’ Junkie? Check Your Website
Beyond Indigo provides two main statistical packages for all of our websites. We have our own in-house software that tracks every single page on your website. This is shown through the admin section that is provided with each website.
We also use the Google software package called Analytics. Google Analytics provides more detailed information — things like the number of visitors (unique and repeat), where in the world people are viewing your information, pageviews per visit, or pageviews per area. Google provides beautiful graphics and charts to help visualize the traffic patterns on your website.
Both of Beyond Indigo’s statistical packages are viewable 24 hours a day seven days a week.
