Helping Clients track their pets

Choosing the right partners in business is essential to business development and growth. If your partners don’t serve you and evolve with you, there is no reason to keep them. With that in mind, we have partnered with ePet Records, an industry leading record keeping software.

This service automatically retrieves and electronically duplicates the enrolled pet's medical records from your Veterinarian Management Software (VMS) system and uploads the data to ePetRecords.com. A client then logs in to ePet Records and accesses their records. It’s as easy as that.

Our clients hear positive feedback about the usefulness of ePet Records from their customer who use the software. Check out these highlights of ePet Records:

• ePet Records integrates into a clinic's existing website while maintaining the sites' look and feel.
• Clinics can customize this program so that their clients can only see specific information, such as notes or medical records allowed by the Doctor.
• ePet Records is automated and compatible with AVImark and VetFM systems.
• Digital photographs and/or custom web links can be attached to specific records.
• Clients' pets can be enrolled in a National Lost & Found registry.

Green Company

For Beyond Indigo, being “green” isn’t just about recycling a few papers or turning off a light or two. Of course, we do those things. But, in addition, we take our responsibility to care for our environment seriously.

Our corporate home uses geothermal heat, a heating system that takes the heat from the ground rather than the air. Amazingly, this splendid heating system cuts down our negative impact on the environment substantially. Lights in the home office use energy saving light bulbs. Not only that, our appliances are all energy saving appliances and our computers are energy saving computers made from recycled materials. We try to use organic foods and have an aggressive recycling program.

In our corporate home and elsewhere, our staff transmits almost all documents via the Internet, keeping printing and use of paper to a minimum. When we do use paper, it is post-consumer recycled paper.
