Interactive Tools
Our websites focus around eight interactive software tools. Any number of these tools can be incorporated into your clinic’s website. Your website will still contain all of the usual information about you and your practice, but these tools make your website less about you, and more about your clients. And overall, your clients do most of the interactive “work” (“typing”) — you are just providing them the tools to do these things. Most of the tools do not require you or your staff to spend additional time at the computer. But they do foster a real sense of family between you and your clinic’s families — 24 hours a day!
Pet Gallery
Everyone has fun pictures of their pets! The Beyond Indigo Pet Gallery is a photo gallery made specifically with pet care professionals in mind. It allows your customers to share images of their pets, add captions, and view the pets of others.
You can log in to administer the images, select how they will be displayed, and review all images before they are seen. Your customers can rate the images and view a list of images by category, by the newest images added to the gallery, or by rating.
My Pet Page
This can be made as a personalized page on which to write about your pet; it includes the option for online video, and/or an online slideshow with custom captions, a guestbook and place for pet updates. It’s an online version of the “brag book” many grandmothers carry in their purses! Just think your pet can have their own mini Facebook or MySpace page.
Online Adoption Area
This is one of our most popular tools. People are eager to look at pet adoptions either to wish and dream or to look for their new family member. Our Adoption tool is for clinics that offer adoption and for clinics who do not offer this service. If you do not offer adoption you simply “invite” in the humane shelter and/or rescue group to your adoption tool. These organizations sign in and post, edit and monitor their listings. It is just like an online advertising service!
Each adoption page has the ability for a picture, description and contact information. The contact information does not have to be the clinic.

Dear Mom/Dear Dad Letters
The Beyond Indigo Boarding Letters system allows your customer’s “pets” to write home as if they were kids writing home from summer camp. You can add, edit, and remove pets, as well as have the pet send a letter.
You can create re-usable templates that use placeholders, called “tokens” , that are automatically populated with the name of the pet, the name of the pet’s owner, and any number of custom values you chose.
When sending an email, you can chose a template, edit it before it is sent, copy and past content, and add attachments, like images or documents, to the email. You can chose to send an email right away, or pick a date, scheduling as many as you’d like to send in the future.

Post A Paw
This is an any-occasion "post-a-note” service. Pets can be so much fun! Post a Paw is a great way to send someone a quick note about their pet. The note can be about anything from happiness to thinking of you. If you have a new client this area is particularly helpful! Simply gather their email address and send a Paw after their visit thanking them for their business.
People are able to choose one of eight “paws” to send a note. The paws are graphic designs from cats, dogs, fish, horses etc. Each paw is a different color. Once the paws are created they make a colorful “quilt” on your website. People send time on your website by reading each paw.
Light A Candle
For centuries, in almost every religious and secular culture, lighting candles has been a symbol of hope and remembrance. Please light a virtual candle in memory of someone you lost, in hope for someone you know is hurting, or just to send a comforting message to someone special.
This tool allows people to light a virtual candle in memory of their deceased pet. People have said it gives them a feeling that they have another moment with their beloved pet. This is a simple but powerful tool.

Online Grief Library
The loss of a pet can be very difficult to deal with in today’s society. If people are not pet owners they sometimes wonder why a loss of a pet can be so painful to some. Many people need to know they are okay and what they are experiencing is “normal”. When providing grief resources for your website, we understand the importance of having more than a list of links for your clients. Online Pet Memorials
The loss of a beloved pet companion can be just as hard as losing a human friend or family member. Sometimes pets are all the family that some people have had. There may have been a deep bond between human and pet and each truly loved and cherished each other. It is just as important to take care of yourself when a pet dies as when you lose a human family member — even more so because non pet owners might not understand your grief.
One way for a pet owner to take care of him/herself is make a memorial.
A memorial is a wonderful way to remember a lost pet. It is a place to keep alive the memory of your special bond with your pet. A memory page helps with the grieving process. Each page includes online video and/or online picture slide show, captions, and guestbook.
